The Espanita Homeowners Association, founded in 1968, is dedicated to maintaining the quality of life, property values and safety of our neighborhood. The board meets at 7:00 pm, the second Thursday of each month at the Northwest Recreation Center. All meetings are open to the public.

The Espanita Homeowners Association Annual Meeting was held April 12th at Spring Creek Barbeque and a new slate of officers was elected for the coming year. See About Us for a list of the officers.

We have a Primary Election for Republican and Demacratic candates.  Early voting is now thru May 25 with the election May 29.  See Coming Events for a list of the offices those of us in Espanita (Precinct 4622) will be voting for.
