Again this year the EHA will sponsor a Christmas Lighting Contest.  First prize is $100.  The board of directors has modified the rules for this year’s contest in order to encourage wider participation.  Again this year the contest is open to all residents in Espanita, you need not be a member of the Association to win a prize.  However, if you won 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place last year you will not be eligible for those prizes this Christmas.  Honorable mention is open to all residents.
